As a novice pondkeeper I want to do my best for the fish but am not sure how to handle their winter "migration"
I have about 20 goldfish in my new garden pond and a while back they "migrated" to the lowest depths of the water and stopped being interested in the usual floating food pellets.
How do they survive tthis fasting behaviour?
Should I supply sinking food ?
When should I restart feeding and how will I know when that should be?
