Does Trump REALLY want Greenland?
Trump ALWAYS means what he says - even if it's a LIE, FAKE NEWS or SHEER MANIC INVENTION
Speaking onboard Air Force One on Saturday, Trump said: “I think we’re going to have it,” and claimed that the Arctic island’s 57,000 residents “want to be with us”.
How would he know what Greenland's inhabitants want or why they should ever consider joining the US?
Trump is very fond of making wild statements. Who could forget his "they should drink bleach" advice re Covid?
His speeches are peppered with little outrageous throwaway comments about this, that and whatever.
He particularly likes to berate ANYBODY who doesn't unconditionally bow to his word and authority - whether it's constitutionally legal or not.
So why is Greenland SO strategic lately?
Could it be that it actually borders CANADA ?
He's already said that "Canada could become a US state and would avoid tariffs if it did."
