As I was edging my car ready to leave the driveway and enter the road, a neighbour was just walking by so I greeted him and asked how he was little expecting the answer I got.
He said he was better now and out of Covid isolation
After being double-jabbed and only once going out without a mask some weeks before he'd felt a little off colour so he did a home Covid test.
That went POSITIVE in seconds well within the official 15mins. So fast that he doubted its integrity and used another test.
When that also went POSITIVE in seconds he was shocked but still suspicious and relayed his doubts and experience to his daughter who decided she would provide tests from her batch.
So the daughter drove over with more tests that also went positive just as quickly and the man finally accepted that he actually had Covid
At the time of him speaking..
his wife was in hospital recovering from her bout of Covid infection
and the daughter is also in hospital
BUT IN AN INDUCED COMA !
SO THERE'S A REMINDER TO EVERYONE
COVID IS REAL AND STILL VERY DANGEROUS
IF THE TEST SAYS YES - PLAY SAFE - BELIEVE IT AND ISOLATE
